Double jersey interlock circular knitting machine features a dual-track needle system with a four-track foot wall and adjustable needle configurations for versatile fabric production. Dual Track Needle Design:
The upper plate features a two-track needle system, while the foot wall is designed with four-track needle rails. This configuration, along with full needle, half needle, and plain needle water chestnut settings, allows for diverse fabric designs and easy adjustments.
High-Wear Resistance Closed Diamond Design:
The single block closed diamond design, crafted from special steel using CNC computer engraving and special heat treatment, offers high wear resistance and interchangeability, ensuring smooth needle transport and high-quality fabric production.
